Delighted to share that the marvelous Eva Longoria has joined the Produced by Visionaries event at Cannes next week!
The exclusive cocktail and conversation will be co-hosted by Forbes France, Wscripted, and Callo, and moderated by Emmy nominated producer (aka me!) Carolina Groppa.
Last year’s event featured a conversation with Christine D'Souza Gelb (2AM, Baby Girl), Alex Coco (Producer ANORA, 5 Academy Awards) and Carlos Lopez Estrada (Producer DIDI).
The 2025 edition focuses on Creative Disruptors, featuring three panelists shaping the future of storytelling, brand collaboration, and culture—to be revealed in exclusive guest invitations.
Nominate yourself or a visionary producer to be considered for the 2025 “Produced by Visionaries’ Emerging Producer Award”, a special honor celebrating an independent producer pushing filmmaking boundaries through bold storytelling or innovative models in Film & TV production, financing or distribution.

It’s quite full circle as I met Eva in 2019 while on the set of the period romance drama I helped produce, SYLVIE’S LOVE starring Tessa Thompson. Thanks to one of my producing pals, Bobbi Sue Luther, Eva ended up coming the pilot episode of the show.
