Dear AOP Listener,

Whether you’ve been on this journey with me since I launched the podcast in 2019 or recently discovered the show, I am so so grateful you are here. Thank you for tuning in and for doing this life thing with me.

2022 was a year of major transitions for me, ripe with challenges and opportunities for growth. During these past few weeks of reflection, I’ve had many realizations on the ways I want to be better. But this year, no resolutions. Instead, my intention is to simply…be. Be present, be grateful, be joyous, be all the things I’ve been waiting to become.
